NADEC is hiring a Team Leader – Facility Management to manage facility operations across Distribution Centers and agricultural locations.

Department: Facility Management – Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day facility management operations across Distribution Centers and agricultural sites.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and related assets.
- Manage contractors and monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted facility services.
- Lead and develop the Facility Management team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Facility Management within the Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector.
- Proven experience leading maintenance or facility management teams.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor management, and HSE compliance.
- Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle, Maximo) is an advantage.
