The role manages product and item master data and supports Supply Chain and Operations with reliable information for planning and decision-making.
Location
- The role is based in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update product and item master data.
- Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across systems.
- Maintain item master data within ERP and relevant platforms.
- Perform data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support data mapping and identify required data elements.
- Develop and maintain master data templates aligned with established standards.
- Improve data quality, processes, and controls.
- Support Supply Chain master and reference data initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into accurate data requirements with business and technology teams.
- Troubleshoot master-data-related system issues and provide support.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Master Data or Data Management.
- Experience within FMCG or a similar industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of master data management and data-quality principles.
- Strong data analysis and management skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Data Management certification such as CDMP is an advantage.
