Oversee workshop and fleet maintenance activities to maximize vehicle availability and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed timelines.
- Manage workshop manpower, workflow, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Control maintenance costs while protecting vehicle reliability, safety, quality, and appearance.
- Provide technical guidance to workshop and operating teams.
- Maintain vehicle cooling units and refrigeration systems.
- Coordinate maintenance and accident repairs with leasing companies and service providers.
- Monitor TAMM, Bayan, TGA, and other fleet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain SAP updates, maintenance records, asset documentation, and workshop scrap records.
- Monitor fuel, GPS, HHT, and operational equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet and workshop performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and other functions to resolve fleet-related operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
What We Are Looking For
- Automobile or mechanical engineering qualification or higher diploma.
- 2–3 years of relevant fleet, workshop, or maintenance experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good technical knowledge of vehicle cooling and refrigeration units.
- Experience managing workshop teams, workflow, productivity, and safety.
- Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- FMCG, dairy, food distribution, or temperature-controlled fleet experience is highly preferred.
