Job Purpose

The Off Plan Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of up to 10 Property Consultants.

This role is focused on daily sales operations, agent performance, pipeline management, and training, ensuring agents maintain strong activity levels and consistently convert opportunities into successful transactions.

The team leader is also responsible for structuring agents’ daily activities, attendance & reporting, and is passionate about mentoring agents and driving results.

Team Management & Daily Operations

  • Manage and supervise a team of up to 10 Off Plan Property Consultants
  • Oversee the daily activities and productivity of agents.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and performance check-ins.
  • Ensure agents follow company SOPs, CRM usage, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor agent attendance, activity levels, and compliance with company policies.
  • Use the CRM support in structuring the agents’ daily activities.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Monitor and manage the team’s sales pipeline through the CRM system
  • Ensure all leads are properly tracked, followed up, and updated in the CRM.
  • Review leads progress and identifies opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Assist agents with client follow-up strategies and deal progression.
  • Ensure agents maintain consistent pipeline activity from lead to closing.
  • Support agents during critical stages of the sales cycle.

Agent Performance & Activity Monitoring

  • Track daily agent activity including**:** Client calls, property viewings, developer/client presentations, timely attendance, lead follow-ups, booking confirmations.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide training & coaching where required.
  • Set and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager/Senior management to ensure team targets are achieved.

Training & Development

  • Provide ongoing training and mentoring for agents.
  • Support agents with: Product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, phone etiquette, call monitoring, market insights.
  • Ensure agents are up to date with**:** New developer launches, market trends, sales strategies.

Developer & Project Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s Off Plan property market.
  • Ensure agents are fully informed about developer projects and launches.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager/ Developers and Marketing team for project training sessions.
  • Support agents during developer presentations and client meetings when Sales manager is unavailable.

Collaboration With Internal Teams

  • Work closely with Marketing team to Coordinate marketing campaigns and project promotions or any agent video shoot.
  • Ensure deal paperwork is complete and accurate before submitting it to Sales Manager/Admin.
  • Assist in evaluating agent performance and development needs.
  • Communicate attendance or performance issue to Human Resources.

Reports To Sales Manager And Executive Director

  • **Daily Activity Report** (DAR) – Calls, Leads, Meetings, Bookings, Issues.
  • **Pipeline Report** (Weekly) - Total pipeline value, Deals by stage, Expected closing timeline.
  • **Sales Performance Report** (Weekly) - Deals closed, Conversion rates, Commission generated, Top performing agents, Agents below target.
  • **Lead Performance Report** (Weekly) - Evaluate lead quality and marketing effectiveness, Leads received by source, Response time, Conversion rate, Feedback on lead quality.
  • **Agent Performance & KPI Report** (Weekly) - Calls per agent, Meetings per agent, Revenue generated, Deals closed, Underperforming agents, Recommended training/coaching actions.
  • **Training & Development Report** (Monthly) - Training sessions conducted, Attendance, Agent improvement areas, Issues faced.
