Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in the real estate industry to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing real estate professionals and support staff.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, recruitment strategies, and the ability to identify top talent in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for real estate positions including Property Advisor, Leasing Agents, Sales Managers, Marketing Staff, and back office roles.
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture across hiring channels.
