Job Purpose

The Videographer/Photographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content showcasing the company's properties, brand, agents, and marketing campaigns.

The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots, creating engaging social media content, and ensuring all visual materials align with the company's branding standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional property photography and videography for residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
  • Capture high-quality photos, videos, walkthroughs, agent introductions, and promotional content.
  • Operate cameras, drones, lighting equipment, gimbals, and other production tools.
  • Plan and organize shoot schedules in coordination with agents and the marketing team.
  • Ensure all visual content highlights the property's key selling points and features.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit and produce professional videos for social media, website, advertisements, and property portals.
  • Create cinematic property tours, reels, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Enhance footage through color correction, sound editing, transitions, graphics, and motion effects.
  • Add captions, branding elements, logos, and call-to-action graphics where required.
  • Optimize content formats for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Content Management

  • Organize and maintain a digital library of photos, videos, and creative assets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of edited content according to project deadlines.
  • Archive and manage raw footage for future use.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, style, and visual quality across all content.

Collaboration & Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team, Sales Agents, and Management to understand content requirements.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, property launches, and social media initiatives.
  • Stay updated on current photography, videography, and social media trends.
  • Assist in covering company events, corporate activities, and special projects when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Photography, Film Production, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
  • Experience in real estate photography and videography is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
  • Experience operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
