Personal Assistant/Secretary (Real Estate Experience is a MUST)
About This Role
We are currently hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO/Executive Director to support daily operations and executive-level coordination.
Position: Personal Assistant (Female) to CEO
Salary: The starting salary is AED 5,000 for now, with potential for review as the situation improves.
Experience Required: Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role preferred
Preferably Tagalog or Arabic Speaker
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and time-management skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
5. Experience in calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
6. Real Estate industry experience is an advantage
