Role overview
Lead IT operations and monitoring for the ZATCA project.
Maintain critical infrastructure that is secure, stable, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the network and information security operations team.
- Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Manage network incidents, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.
- Coordinate network changes, migrations, and upgrades.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare service health reports.
- Maintain operational documentation and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in networks and information security.
- Strong experience in IT operations and enterprise monitoring environments.
- Advanced technical skills in network troubleshooting and incident management.
- Proven team leadership and management experience.
- Relevant academic qualifications and network certifications.
- Familiarity with the ZATCA operational environment is advantageous.
Compensation
- Salary is SAR 5,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Riyadh, KSA.
