Role Overview
Application Monitoring Engineer joining a 24x7 monitoring team on the ZATCA project in Riyadh, KSA.
First line of defense keeping critical government e-services running by watching dashboards and catching alerts before they become incidents.
What You'll Do
- Monitor application dashboards (AppDynamics) around the clock.
- Acknowledge and triage alerts fast, within minutes rather than hours.
- Run approved troubleshooting playbooks and escalate when needed.
- Keep clean incident logs and shift handovers.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in application or IT monitoring.
- Familiarity with APM tools, APIs, basic SQL, and ITIL incident management.
- ITIL 4 Foundation or AppDynamics certification is a plus.
- Comfortable with rotating shifts (morning/evening/night).
- Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and motivated by protecting a national digital service.
Compensation
- Pay: SAR 4,000.00 - SAR 7,000.00 per month.
