Lead IT operations and monitoring for the ZATCA project in Riyadh, KSA.
The role focuses on guiding the technical team and keeping critical infrastructure secure, stable, and operational.
Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant networks and information security experience.
- Strong network and security operations experience covering LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, IPS, and security tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, technical escalation, incident investigation, and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Good understanding of ITIL incident and change management processes.
- Ability to work in an operational or shift environment as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CCNP/CCIE or relevant Fortinet/Palo Alto certifications are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is SAR 7,000–10,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
