Role overview

Work arrangement

• Remote for the first two months, with possible relocation to Abu Dhabi for an onsite or hybrid engagement after evaluation.

Core responsibilities

• Assess partner solutions, architecture, code, prompts, workflows, security, performance, and deployed Azure resources.
• Design and build agentic and multi-agent solutions, including tool integrations, MCP, and workflow orchestration.
• Improve production agents and optimize reliability, model use, latency, and operating costs.
• Build RAG and intelligent document-processing pipelines and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems.
• Establish evaluation, testing, observability, security guardrails, CI/CD, and production deployment practices.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, engineering standards, and documentation.

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in software, AI, or machine learning engineering, including at least 2 years deploying production LLM-powered or agentic AI applications.
• Strong Python, REST API, asynchronous programming, and software architecture experience.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, and one or more listed agent frameworks.
• Experience with production AI agents, enterprise integrations, RAG, vector search, embeddings, and document processing.
• Experience with Azure application and data services, identity and secrets, AI evaluation, observability, security, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications and stack

• Preferred: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification (AI-102), Microsoft Teams and Graph integrations, third-party AI solution reviews, or enterprise AI governance and responsible AI experience.
• Preferred: reusable agent frameworks and advanced multi-agent orchestration or evaluation methodologies.
• Technology includes Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Python, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Graph, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD.

Compensation

• Pay is from AED 7,000 per month.
