Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client hiring and workforce requirements and propose suitable recruitment and outsourcing solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase company services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives within the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting services.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, workforce solutions, and outsourcing services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
