Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring and workforce requirements and propose suitable recruitment and outsourcing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase company services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives within the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, workforce solutions, and outsourcing services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
