Talent Acquisition Specialist position with a six-month duration.
Immediate joiners are mandatory.
Role responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Support Emiratization and Omanization initiatives.
- Carry out offboarding activities.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience in infrastructure, rail, aviation, or large projects is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder-management, and offer-negotiation skills.
- Experience with Oracle/HRMS and advanced MS Excel.
- Knowledge of the respective country's labour law is preferred.
- Support Emiratization/Omanization initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English is required; Arabic is preferred.
