We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated on hiring trends and labor market conditions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
