Document Controller
Responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all project documents and records in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure proper document control, filing, version management, and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of Document Control experience in the UAE.
- Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Dashboards, and Reporting).
- Experience with document management systems (DMS).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports.
Key Duties
- Control, register, distribute, and archive project documents.
- Maintain document logs and tracking systems.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for document submissions and approvals.
