CCTV & ELV Technician (Facilities Management)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **CCTV / ELV Technician** to join our **Facilities Management** team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, gate barriers, and access control systems, along with basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).

· Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP/analog), including DVR/NVRs and related equipment

· Diagnose and repair faults in **CCTV**, security, and **ELV** systems

· Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of **gate barrier** and **access control** systems

· Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system testing to ensure optimal performance

· Ensure proper recording, storage, and functionality of surveillance systems

· Troubleshoot entry/exit system issues and ensure smooth operation

· Assist in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (**BMS**)

· Support maintenance of integrated systems such as security, lighting, and automation

· Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls

· Maintain accurate service records and report system issues

· 3+ years of proven experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and repair

· Knowledge of gate barrier and access control systems

· Basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)

· Knowledge of networking (IP systems, cabling, etc.)

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Diploma or certification in Electronics / IT / ELV / CCTV Systems or related field

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or similar

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
