The Talent Acquisition Specialist joins the Human Resources department and oversees full-cycle recruiting.
The role includes developing long-term recruiting strategies and building trusting relationships with potential hires.
Recruiting responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Source candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Plan screening calls, assessments, interviews, and other selection procedures.
- Assess resumes and candidate information; design job descriptions and interview questions for each role.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and close positions in a timely manner.
- Maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Hiring and onboarding support
- Onboard and induct new employees and notify concerned departments about new joiners.
- Perform reference checks for new hires.
Required skills and experience
