- Plan screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews as part of selection procedures.
- Assess resumes and candidate contact information.
- Close positions in a timely manner.
- Send new-joiner announcements to relevant departments.
- Conduct reference checks and complete new-joiner documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
