Supports the Riyadh sales organization on technical matters across presales, sales calls, and postsales.
Works closely with a sales representative and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, project management, and proofs of concept.
- Understand customer requirements and develop competitive solutions; serve as primary technical contact for customers and partners.
- Maintain product and competitive knowledge; present and position solutions remotely or in person.
- Manage multiple deals and customer experience; maintain customer and prospect technical information in Salesforce.
Candidate qualifications
- Current or previous presales engineer experience managing deals through technical closure.
- Strong aptitude for security technology, especially encryption and authentication.
- Demonstrated problem solving, customer relationship building, and technical communication skills.
- Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPsec, firewalls, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
- Intrusion detection, antivirus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN knowledge is desirable; CISSP is beneficial.
