Systems & Automation Analyst, IAS

Role Overview

Automation and AI Solutions

• Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient workflows across IAS service delivery and operations.
• Design automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365 tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Build agents for data summarization, intake, triage, reporting, and internal support.
• Develop IAS-specific Copilot use cases aligned with data governance standards.

Technical Platforms

• Use Microsoft Copilot across Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Use Python for complex data transformations and to replace spreadsheet-driven processes.
• Integrate Alteryx, Power BI, and Microsoft data sources into automated reporting pipelines.
• Apply knowledge of Azure tables, SQL, JSON, and modern data structures.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Partner with Enablement and Technology teams to support AI adoption.
• Work with IAS Consultants, Series Leads, Practice Operations, Enablement, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Support pilots, enhancements, rollout, validation, documentation, and quality control.
• Translate business needs into practical, maintainable, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of workflow automation and business intelligence experience is required.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is required.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools is required.
• Experience with automation workflows, bots, or AI agents is required.
• Python experience is strongly preferred for operational or consulting analytics.
• Background in insurance, benefits, HR operations, consulting, or professional services is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
