Manage placement of insurance policies with insurance companies and support corporate clients with appropriate risk-transfer solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Assess insurance products and client risk profiles to inform placement decisions.
- Negotiate favorable policy terms while balancing the interests of clients and insurers.
- Build client relationships, understand needs, provide advice, and respond to inquiries.
- Stay informed about insurance market dynamics, regulations, and emerging trends.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
- Knowledge of property insurance products and the placement process.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling.
Preferred qualifications
- Corporate insurance broking experience is preferred.
- Insurance certifications such as III are preferred.
