The posting seeks a project manager to drive regulatory and new-product implementation for Global Markets and Treasury projects.
Required background
- Strong Agile experience is required.
- A basic understanding of capital markets is identified as a basic skill.
Project delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Identify project phases, activities, and effort; plan resources and establish project plans and progress baselines.
- Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and within approved budgets across initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage defects, fixes, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, risks, scope changes, and contingency plans.
- Resolve team conflicts, troubleshoot problem areas, and propose process improvements based on lessons learned.
- Organize workshops and prepare progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Manage compliance with Legal, Audit, and Risk Management divisions and external and Central Bank regulations for electronic and mobile banking solutions.
- Lead stand-ups and Project Board or steering committee meetings; ensure team members have information, timesheets, and resources.
