Systems Analyst Intern supports applications and processes to provide a positive experience for customers, partners, suppliers, and employees.
Works with business and IT users to understand business and technical processes and deliver system enhancements.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose incident root causes and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Complete requests and tasks across supported applications; manage content standards and coordinate global changes.
- Act as IT liaison for internal and external contacts related to assigned systems.
- Contribute throughout the SDLC and/or Change Approval Board process.
- Translate and simplify business requirements into technical and functional requirements.
Education and requirements
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution in a Computer Science or related degree program; preference for students in their third, fourth, or fifth year.
- Knowledge of change management methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Analytical problem-solving ability, technical writing skills, and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Business Analyst certification is an asset.
