Supports and enhances the ION RightAngle application, related customizations, and integrations.
Focuses on systems support, customer service, communication, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Work with end users, developers, and managers; answer questions and assist with data issues.
- Document issues and enhancements for development; maintain functional design documents.
- Analyze, test, and deploy upgrades, patches, and custom-code releases.
- Follow change-management procedures and corporate compliance requirements.
- Provide after-hours support for critical situations and scheduled tasks.
- Contribute to best practices, mentor colleagues, manage concurrent work, and communicate across the organization.
Requirements
- At least five years of application support experience; level-specific experience ranges from 5–8 years for Senior to 10+ years for Principal.
- Strong knowledge of physical and financial commodities, SQL, relational databases, and RightAngle data flows.
- Familiarity with SDLC methods and ticketing tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
- Ability to create complex pricing provisions and report views and test business scenarios through invoicing.
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Education and preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, information systems, or a related area; equivalent experience may be considered.
- RightAngle S20+ experience is preferred; oil and gas experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office applications are preferred.
