Systems Analyst role focused on core banking and banking technology projects.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Perform impact analysis for change requests, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off activities.
- Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure requirements traceability and timely delivery of project milestones.
Experience and knowledge
- Requires 5–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking technology projects.
- Requires hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and business processes.
- Requires strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts and data analysis.
- Requires experience in Core Banking, payments, deposits, lending, or customer onboarding domains.
- Requires stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
Required technical skills
- Oracle Database, WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, and Integration/ESB/Kafka are listed as required skills.
