Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support and proactively monitor applications and services for high availability, stability, and optimal performance.
- Manage incident resolution in a timely manner and perform root-cause analysis where required.
- Deliver ongoing technical support for business-critical initiatives, enhancements, and project implementations.
- Submit root-cause analyses for high-priority incidents and provide remediation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and components, including AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of IIS, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience
- Around 5+ years of experience.
Preferred Tech Stack
- Java, React, Kubernetes, cloud, and CI/CD are listed as preferred technologies.
