System Administrator role based in Ajman.

Systems administration duties
- Coordinate infrastructure issue resolution with application, network, and vendor teams; provide L2/L3 support and manage ITSM tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis, disaster recovery testing, system hardening, and recovery operations.
- Monitor servers, applications, availability, backups, and alerts; troubleshoot incidents.
- Maintain Veeam backups, Hyper-V environments, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and patching.
- Administer physical servers and storage; monitor database security, backups, recovery, replication, and failover.
- Manage Azure virtual machines, storage, backups, snapshots, and resource optimization.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English language is listed.
