Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong experience in HR operations, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Arabic and English are specified as languages.
Role requirements and activities
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and employee transactions.
- Interpret and apply HR policies correctly.
- Use HRMS/HCM platforms for employee transactions and data management; Oracle Fusion HCM is preferred.
- Use Excel for data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and analytics.
- Handle employee queries, operational cases, problem-solving, and escalations.
- Coordinate with employees, HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
