Job description
- Manage annual training calendars and budgets and ensure compliance with organizational policies and development requirements.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning databases.
- Prepare training reports and dashboards with recommendations for management decisions.
- Evaluate training using feedback, assessments, performance indicators, and ROI.
- Coordinate external training providers and consultants.
- Advise on talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and professional certification programs.
- Align learning initiatives with organizational objectives and competency frameworks in collaboration with department managers.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning using coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job methods.
- Design and implement programs, workshops, presentations, manuals, and e-learning materials.
- Analyze training needs to identify competency gaps and workforce development priorities.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English language.
