Lead the marketing function across two industrial businesses based in Sharjah.
The role covers marketing strategy, brand development, digital visibility, and lead generation to support business growth.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of B2B marketing experience; industrial, engineering, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience developing marketing strategies, managing marketing activities, teams, agencies, and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, website performance, and lead generation.
- Experience with exhibitions, content development, brand management, and marketing budget control.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset with independence and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Lead the marketing team and manage external agencies and suppliers.
- Oversee brand positioning, content, and marketing communications.
- Manage digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation; support Sales with targeted campaigns and materials.
- Plan and manage industry exhibitions and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, evaluate campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on results and activities.
