Role overview

Job duties

• Promote customer relations at the worksite and ensure satisfaction with work performed.
• Plan and perform fluids-management calculations at the wellsite as needed.
• Coordinate and guide operators during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and job preparation.
• Manage chemical inventory at the wellsite.
• Conduct operations according to fluid design parameters and the job plan.
• Collect and distribute job data as needed.
• Coordinate equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job.
• Develop employee skills and performance through competency processes.
• Lead pre-job and post-job safety meetings and promote environmental consciousness.
• Promote quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience and completion of required competencies for the current and next level.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional service-line skills and general understanding of other service functions.
• Knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines.
