Role overview

Job duties

• Promote customer relations at the worksite and ensure satisfaction with work performed.
• Plan and perform fluids-management calculations at the wellsite as needed.
• Coordinate operator activities for equipment rig-up, rig-down, and job preparation as needed.
• Conduct pressure-pumping operations, including spotting acid and other fluids, in line with job design parameters and the job plan.
• Collect and distribute job data as needed.
• Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Use competency processes to develop skills and job performance.
• Promote safety, environmental consciousness, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of experience and completion of required competencies for the current and next level.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional service-line skills and general understanding of other service functions.
• Knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines.
