Role overview

Job duties

• Promote customer relations at the worksite and ensure satisfaction with completed work.
• Plan and perform fluid-management calculations at the well site.
• Coordinate equipment rig-up, rig-down, and preparation, and guide operators.
• Manage wellsite chemical inventory and collect or distribute job data as needed.
• Conduct operations according to fluid design parameters and the job plan.
• Coordinate equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job.
• Use competency processes to improve employee skills and job performance.
• Lead pre-job and post-job safety meetings and promote environmental awareness.
• Participate in quality and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience and completion of required competencies for the current and next level.
• Exceptional service-line skills and a general understanding of other service functions.
• Knowledge of HMS and HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines.

Work location

• The role is based at well sites; the posting lists a location on Jubail Highway, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
