Role overview

Job duties

• Plan jobs and perform necessary wellsite calculations.
• Coordinate operators during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and job preparation.
• Provide job plans and crew instructions, and resolve disputes to approved levels.
• Collect and distribute job data when needed.
• Coordinate equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job.
• Provide input on subordinate performance and on-the-job skills development.
• Perform Service Leader duties when the Service Leader is absent.
• Lead pre- and post-job safety meetings; promote safety and environmental awareness.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, practices, and guidelines.
• Promote and participate in quality and continuous-improvement processes.
• Promote customer relations and satisfaction with work performed.

Qualifications and experience

• Four years of experience and completion of required competencies for the current and next level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional service-line skills and a general understanding of other service functions.
• Excellent knowledge of HMS standards, work methods, and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
