Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Execute survey works at the project site and prepare initial drawings and levels.
• Set out axes, foundations, levels, and coordinates on site according to approved drawings.
• Monitor cut and fill works and verify levels, slopes, and deviations during execution.
• Review as-built drawings and hand them over after work completion.
• Review survey quantity calculations for excavation, backfill, and executed works.
• Use survey instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, level) and ensure periodic calibration.
• Establish, maintain, and document benchmarks and control points.
• Document survey works and maintain field records and calculations, delivering copies.
• Coordinate with site engineers to meet survey needs according to the schedule.
• Comply with occupational health and safety requirements on site.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager within the scope of specialization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in surveying, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using survey instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, level).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Civil 3D is an additional advantage.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and calculate survey quantities.
• Knowledge of coordinate systems used in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Arabic and basic knowledge of technical English.
• Accuracy, discipline, and ability to handle field work in various conditions.
• Experience: at least 5 years.
