Responsible for daily field follow-up of architectural and finishing works on site.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Daily field follow-up of architectural works: masonry, plastering, tiles and flooring, ceilings, painting, facades, doors, and windows.
- Ensure execution follows approved architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Receive finishing materials and verify conformity with approved samples.
- Monitor straightness, levels, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Monitor labor and equipment and record daily productivity.
- Assist the architect in inspecting and receiving works and preparing snag lists.
- Record observations and violations, report to the responsible engineer, and follow up.
- Coordinate with other discipline supervisors to avoid conflicts.
- Prepare daily reports with photo documentation.
- Ensure occupational health and safety requirements on site.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the architect or project manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma in architecture or equivalent.
- Knowledge of construction and finishing materials and approved execution methods.
- Ability to read architectural construction drawings.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety requirements on construction sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparing field reports.
- Proficiency in Arabic and basic technical English.
- At least 5 years of experience.
