Entry-level Supply Chain Planner supporting day-to-day operations and product availability across GCC markets.
The role provides hands-on exposure to FMCG supply execution, shipment tracking, and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Convert demand signals into supply requirements and track replenishment with global factories and hubs.
- Monitor stock levels and support corrective actions for shortages, delays, or ageing stock.
- Track international shipments and coordinate with logistics partners on delays, documentation, and ETAs.
- Review inventory, flag slow-moving or near-expiry stock, and support clearance and write-off documentation.
- Support distributors, sales, and customer service teams on availability and risks.
- Maintain ERP and planning-system data and prepare basic operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; internships or co-op experience are beneficial.
- Good Excel skills, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English is required.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with ERP or planning tools is a plus.
- Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Location
- The role is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
