Role scope
- Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Balance strategic HR partnering with hands-on execution.
- Lead HR initiatives that support business performance and transformation.
Candidate criteria
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
- Multinational organization experience is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills; able to balance strategic partnering with hands-on execution.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic and previous exposure to regional HR operations are advantageous.
