A Legal Manager role supporting a multinational organization across Middle Eastern markets.
The role works closely with the Middle East Legal Director and advises business functions on legal and commercial matters.
The position offers exposure to complex, cross-border legal work in a changing regional landscape.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal guidance to business functions across Middle Eastern markets.
- Navigate regulatory environments and help ensure commercial activity complies with local legislation.
- Advise on commercial contracts, competition law, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support business decisions with practical, commercially focused advice.
- Own cross-border legal matters and help shape legal processes and compliance practices.
Candidate requirements
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of legal experience at a reputable law firm and/or multinational organization.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts, international business transactions, distribution agreements, and competition or antitrust law.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements; exposure to multiple Middle Eastern markets is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide commercially focused legal advice.
