Responsibilities
- Lead global material compliance processes and coordinate suppliers and plants.
- Run supplier campaigns and collect data through a third-party SaaS platform.
- Respond to customer compliance requests and issue regulatory certificates.
- Serve as a regulatory compliance subject matter expert.
- Gather Bill of Materials data from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead supplier audits, risk assessments, and supplier development activities.
- Manage project milestones and conduct compliance audits.
- Monitor evolving regulations and provide technical support to stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of material compliance experience.
- Expertise in RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, EU WFD, Prop 65, EU POP, PFAS, and TSCA regulations.
- Experience leading global material compliance activities and managing complex supplier ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently with a strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
- English proficiency is essential; exposure to AI tools is listed as a requirement.
Preferred qualifications
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local or regional languages is an advantage.
Travel
- Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
