Full-time, non-management housekeeping supervisor role at Marriott Executive Apartments in Riyadh; the position is not remote.
Inspects guest rooms and public areas after cleaning and helps coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect cleaned guest rooms, public areas, and pool areas; run sold-room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies, prioritise cleaning, and update departing-room status.
- Coordinate housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; resolve room discrepancies with the Front Desk and communicate room-assignment changes and shift issues.
- Complete paperwork and support hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees.
- Follow company, safety, and security policies; report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, and injuries, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and company assets; welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist people with disabilities, and address guest needs courteously.
- Communicate professionally, build positive working relationships, listen and respond to employee concerns, and ensure quality standards.
- Meet physical demands that include lifting items up to 55 pounds without assistance, handling housekeeping carts, reaching, bending, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Use computers or point-of-sale systems, read and verify information, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- No license or certification is specified.
