About The Job

• Supervise daily cinema operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth shift execution.
• Support the Cinema Manager in all operational areas, including team management, safety, and service delivery.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor facility, equipment, and operations to maintain safety, efficiency, and service standards.
• Oversee financial processes including cash handling, reporting accuracy, and revenue monitoring.
• Support implementation of marketing initiatives and promote the cinema externally.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Essential

• High School Diploma, preferably with additional certification or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cinema industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle cash management and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of cinema operations, food and beverage, and guest services.

Desired

• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Vista.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong adaptability and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Experience supporting marketing or commercial initiatives.
