Overview
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage and guide restaurant staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely food delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and service standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and staff allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
- Support cashiering and billing operations when required.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred candidates currently available in UAE.
