• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify structural issues, safety risks, and maintenance needs.
• Oversee repair works related to masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other civil trades.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower and materials.
• Monitor performance of technicians and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
• repare accurate estimates for civil works, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Review and verify contractor quotations, BOQs, and cost proposals.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance projects.
• Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare scope of work documents for civil maintenance projects.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and material usage.
• Generate periodic reports for management review.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site safety checks and promote safe working practices.
• Coordinate with HSE teams during inspections and audits.
