About This Role

Job Purpose

Drive sales growth and market execution within the Consumer Division by leading and motivating the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

The role is responsible for supervising daily sales operations, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring product visibility and availability, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

The Sales Supervisor will support business expansion through effective team management, trade marketing execution, performance analysis, and delivery of high service standards to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide sales representatives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and route plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with top customers.
  • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in outlets.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales reports, targets, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct market visits and accompany sales team members regularly.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Implement trade marketing activities.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to improve productivity.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience in a supervisory role (Preferably Non-food).
  • Strong knowledge of Grocery channel distribution and market operations.
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
