Job Description
We are seeking a responsible **Supervisor** to oversee daily operations at **CCC Shop**.
The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure smooth store operations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate store staff
- Oversee daily store operations and workflow
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and reorder products as needed
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Report store performance and issues to management
Requirements
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience (retail or shop operations preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team and ensure efficiency
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of store management and inventory control
