Position details

Guest services

• Arrange or identify providers for transportation, reservations, laundry, and other special guest requests; follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Share information about hotel amenities, nearby events, and local activities.
• Process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns; contact appropriate departments to resolve issues.
• Welcome guests, anticipate and meet service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and communicate clearly and professionally.

Shift and administrative duties

• Review shift logs and daily memo books, document relevant information, and prioritize unresolved requests from the prior day.
• Monitor inventory and order general office supplies.
• Report guest theft claims to Loss Prevention or Security.

Team and safety support

• Assist with hiring, training, organizing, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Model company standards and act as an initial contact for fair-treatment and open-door processes.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; conduct safety training and obtain safety certifications.
• Maintain positive working relationships and uphold service quality standards.

Desirable qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is listed as desirable.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is listed as desirable.
• The posting lists at least 1 year of supervisory experience as desirable and also lists supervisory experience as none.

Physical and workplace expectations

• The role may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, protect company property, and perform other reasonable duties.
