Responsibilities
- Supervise commissioning of PAGA, CCTV, IP and analog telephones, UHF TETRA radio, structured cabling, LAN/WAN, access control, GSM enhancement, and fiber optic systems.
- Follow approved commissioning procedures, risk assessments, HSE procedures, and site permit-to-work systems.
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and disciplines during SAT, integration, and commissioning.
- Participate in walk-downs, functional testing, loop checks, energization, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain daily activity, testing progress, and issue-resolution records; manage and close punch-list items.
- Support handover and submit completed as-built documentation and test records.

- Experience supervising pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and handover of telecommunications systems in oil and gas facilities.
