Supervisor - Civil with MEP Experience

Role overview

Civil, MEP, and team supervision

• Monitor civil works including masonry, carpentry, painting, plastering, concrete, waterproofing, and tiling.
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical activities and ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary technicians, allocate schedules and work, and support timely completion.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-site training.

Site coordination and reporting

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance checks; coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, identify site issues, and recommend technical solutions.
• Maintain inspection, materials, and manpower documentation and verify work quality and completion.

Materials and technical drawings

• Determine material requirements, support procurement, manage inventory and tools, and verify material quantities on site.
• Assist with BOQs, estimates, and cost proposals.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and prepare updated as-built layouts using AutoCAD.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with UAE equivalency is mandatory.
• At least four years of UAE experience in facility management, construction, or maintenance, including technician supervision.
• Strong MEP knowledge and at least four years of AutoCAD experience are required.
• At least four years of experience with BOQs, estimates, and material take-offs is required.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory; knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and strong communication and coordination skills are required.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
• Shared accommodation, a company vehicle, and medical insurance are offered.

• Work location is in person; the role is located in Dubai.
