Qualifications required

  • 10+ years of active-duty service or equivalent experience in a senior military operations role.
  • Solid understanding of C4I architecture, communications, Tactical Data Links, ISR, and Battle Management Systems.

  • Familiarity with Joint Doctrine, Service-specific doctrine, and NATO STANAGs.
  • Awareness of systems engineering practices in a defence context.

Skills and competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across internal teams, external partners, and government clients.
  • Attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory and doctrinal requirements and apply them practically.
  • Collaborative approach and cross-functional engagement skills.
